I have used Dave from By Design Group before on my previous property to alter the spatial layout and then two years later to help me with house hunting on the property I then moved to. So when I was looking to move again I knew who to call. This time I have used him and his team to refresh the property for sale. It unlocked our family life and brought loads more space and light in to our day to day living.
